The room had dirty towels, linen with red marks on it, a bed cover that seems to have skid marks on it, a phone that didn't work and roaches and knats...You couldn't pay me to stay there again.

Good morning, I didn’t get a king size bed (that I booked) There was roach and dirt all over the floor Cobweb The tv the internet doesn’t work on it The door doesn’t close properly from inside I was so scared for my life I had to sleep at a friend at oak run lane 30 mins away I slept there the first night because it was so cold n late and I didn’t have anywhere to go

when me & my children arrived there were bugs (roaches) to be specific all around our room.. my children did not want to stay there after experiencing the amount of bugs around the room so instead we stayed over at my sisters house.. what a waste of money for something i didn’t enjoy & didn’t spend a single night in there .. total waste of money & i would like a refund!

The room smelled like someone sprayed an entire bottle of some kind of freshener the floor was damp no matter what you did to try to dry it! No toilet paper. 😡 this place is a slum I should have done my homework before I booked it. Beer cans and trash outside the doors. Very poor

I didn't like anything. There was no light in the bathroom which is completely unsafe. No heat in the room because it was unplugged and they wouldn't come and plug it in. The bed frames are made out of metal and you barely even touch it and the sound reverberated when getting in out of bed The walls and doors were never touched up with paint when they obviously moved some furniture. This place shouldn't even be on your site because it's not worth renting ever

Not what I expected!
The room was not as pictured as it was on the site. Lack of lighting due to one wall scones was out and they couldn't replace, they had to order one. So ot was very dark in the room unless we opened the curtains but then the whole world can see in the room. They didnt have a lamp or anything to give us for more lighting. Lack of toilet paper, towels. There was a baby roach in the bathroom. We had no iron nor blow dryer in the room. We did ask for an iron, in which they gave to us. The only positive thing i can say is the bed was comfortable but thats all i can say.
