"Martin Manor's description didn't do it justice. We six were overwhelmed with the character, peacefulness, and warmth of the home. Weather did not permit enjoying the paddle boats or pond, but we loved the grounds and found the house to more than meet our needs for a fellowship gathering of friends from five states. We enjoyed visiting with another friend in nearby Versailles, a bourbon tasting, and two wineries during our stay. We would definitely recommend a stay at the Martin Manor."

"Positives: The house worked very well for our travel needs. It was clean, had enough space for our family and was pet friendly. The neighborhood was very nice also, easy to walk the dogs around the block. It was nice that the owner provided laundry and dishwasher pods and coffee for the Keurig. Negatives: only one really. The kitchen has bare essentials but key on word bare. The kitchen definitely needs more plates, silverware, perhaps a crock pot. Felt you had to constantly run the dish...

"Awesome place but don’t listen to the gps cause it lets you pass up the property and sends you to a dead end …. The house is about 5-7 minutes from the last turn you make…. The stay was great and very nice…. We will be back"

"Very nice, well cleaned, cute cottage. The neighbor has a quiet period from 10 pm to 10 am. It does make it very quiet but maybe a little restricted for vacationers depending on your tastes.The rear entrance is very challenging for anyone with disabilities."

"This lake property was not far from Wildcat off road park. It has amazing views and great space for all our rigs and crew. We will be back soon!"

"Lovely house on the lake. Very clean though out entire house. Kitchen was wonderful. Host was very nice and attentive. WiFi did not work very well so the TV kept cutting out but I would think that is to be expected with the location. Driveway is quite steep and that did make me nervous but was worth it for the views. We could walk to our own private dock to fish and kayak and just look out over the lake on the back deck. "
