"This is a 10 star property! The view is amazing; sunrise and sunsets! We all enjoyed relaxing in the living room watching people kayaking, the fishing boats, and even saw a seal and 2 dolphins! Enjoyed walking to the beach and going for morning jogs. The condo was spotless; the cleaning team spent every attention to detail. The rooms and beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. This is the best Vrbo rental we’ve stayed and 10 stars to the owners and property mgrs. Highly recommend!"

"A very well appointed house. Everything from kitchen supplies to bathroom to bedroom it has all you need. The patio is the added bonus with plenty of seating and sun. Maybe a two minute stroll to the board walk. Would stay again. "

"Beautiful view of the ocean, loved the deck for watching people and sunset. Home was comfortable and lots of amenities. Very small car will have trouble fitting in the garage but there is parking next to the unit and friendly neighbors. Loved that owner provided beach chairs, a volleyball, boogie boards and was easy to reach with questions. Its close to Rays to rent bikes for the day and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. "

The home is nice and everything is well labeled making it easy to figure out. 4 star rating is due to the wear of the unit. It’s in a high tourist volume area and the home showed reasonable wear. "This place is exactly what you see in the photos. It is spacious and very nice. It has all the amenities that you would want, and a short 8 min walk to some great coffee. Parking in the garage can be a bit challenging if you have a larger vehicle but overall, it is doable...just go slow. The house is so comfortable, and the view is fantastic! Cindy is very quick to respond as well. Enjoy!"
