"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa in 16 persone (quattro famiglie ) e si è rivelata comodissima sia per le camere che per i quattro bagni a disposizione che hanno consentito un'ottima divisione degli spazi. Bellissimo il contorno con calcio balilla, tavolo da ping pong, campetto di calcetto e la piscina, oltre agli ampi spazi comuni interni. Una parola a parte per i proprietari Dalia e Giuliano che sono stati accoglienti, disponibili e mai invadenti e che approfitto per salutare e ringraziare...

"This house is not a "normal" house but with a lot of different rooms. Filled with nice arts and decorated with some old furniture. Real characteristic Italian house. Nice garden with different places to seat. The only comment what I can give is the small kitchen. The garden and the swimming pool is maintained daily. We stayed here with 6 adults ad 4 children. Nice place to be."

"Two familes had a lovely week at this beautiful house. Hot tub was great and the pool was very welcome during the hot days. It's not a huge pool and only a meter deep but did the job. The house and grounds are really well maintained. Cats are lovely and not bothersome. Gaspare, Christoff and Raquel are all very helpful. I would really recommend this Villa for a peaceful break away from it all. "

"Our group of five women thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at Miralaghi. We were in the main house (old hunting lodge) with 4-bedrooms, 3 baths, huge living space, kitchen, carport, and private pool. Miralaghi is a unique property, located between Paciano and Moiano, high up on a hillside. It is very peaceful, quiet and provides lovely hiking trails on the huge, 750 acre property. "The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"Villa Eleanora is in quite a lovely location convenient to many sites in Umbria. The facilities were very well taken care of and clean. The outdoor terrace and pool areas were really lovely. The inside could use a little updating especially the kitchen area. Also more lighting would help. All in all quite a nice experience. "

"This was the type of property we were looking for. This was a trip with my wife and me and our 4 adult children. We loved the location away from crowds but close enough to get to every where in Umbria for day trips. If you are traveling in the summer, just be aware there is no air conditioning. Probably not as big a deal if you aren't used to a/c as us spoiled Americans. But with temperatures near 100°F there isn't enough natural air flow through the house to cool it off. "We had an absolutely fabulous holiday in Brufa - Casa Vog. The house is perfectly located for short trips to Assisi, Perugia, Lago Trasimeno and slightly further afield to a number of places in Tuscany such as Siena. Olimpia and Elena are fantastic hosts. "We liked that it was located inbetween farm land and hills. What we didn't like was the stairs were well used to the point of almost being unsafe. But they are authentic for the time period when it was built."

Two nights in Perugia

"In the perfect location, and obviously recently renovated, as everything is in excellent condition. The room was a little bit on the small side, but not excessively so, and was fine for a short stay. Breakfast was above average, and with lots of choices."

"Great hotel in former palazza. Lovely staff. Recommend. One beware: if coming by train, Google maps will tell you the train is 230 m from the funicular. This is wrong. The 230 m refers to the escalator to a parking area. The hotel is 1.3 kilometres from the top of the funicular which leaves from opposite the railway station. From the funicular, walk up Cavour which is about 10-15 degrees on the left and is the main street. There is then one left turn about 150 m from the hotel. Use your phone. I believe you can also catch a mini bus or a very overpriced taxi from the station but we didn’t sight either."
