"The beach area is nice with plenty of loungers and gazebos. They have a bar and restaurant there which serves good seafood. The hotel rooms are a little tired, I would say 4 star not 5 as they have paper cups in the rooms not glasses or cups. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with juices and water. The bathroom needed a bit of an update missing grout between tiles etc. The staff were very helpful albeit reception not quite so much. There was lots we had to find out for...

"Had higher expectations - but all in all was okay. The actually chalet was nice and clean and spacious even if only 20 square meters. Kids animation and staff was grand. Cars on premise are not allowed - but the train that was the only form of transportation around the resort only passed by every 20 to 30 minutes which was annoying. "Beautiful property. We did horseback riding which was a highlight and the cooking class was fantastic. The pool was relaxing and beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable- literally felt like home!! We would go there again for sure. Incredibly relaxing experience."

"The hotel is directly across from a beautiful beach about 100 m. away. Our room had a nice, compact balcony. We asked for an extra chair and were accommodated nicely. The elevator/lift is rather small. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly. "

"Our stay was off season so staff was light. What staff was there did excellent job and incredibly friendly and helpful. Property was very clean except light over stove. It’s close to the beach so floors get dusty quick. It was perfect for our pets. Beds are only OK. The pillows wonderful. Had to have maintenance up 3 times to fix flusher on toilet, fixed by 2nd day for rest of stay. Small water heater means rinse, turn off water, shampoo/soap, turn on water to rinse. I’m sure ok for summer months, but during winter it’s cold. Recycling required but only 1 small trash bag per kitchen and bath provided. Encourage facility to provide the means for recycling. Within walking distance to beach, store, and restaurants. Only complaint is we managed to book our stay during the biggest party in Italy. Went on for 3 nights with no intervention from management or security. No sleep for 3 nights due to parties lasting until 4:30 / 5:00 am. Really made it tough for us to get going during the day after no sleep. For the money it is a good place. "

"Easy check in, beautiful location in the center of vineyards, 5 mins drive to center of Castagneto Carducci and 10 mins from marina/beach. It’s off season so beach area was mostly closed. Super clean and quiet location, off the beaten path. Excellent, hospitable staff, especially during breakfast. Highly recommended!"
