Staff was very helpful and kind. The building was very beautiful and the decors were incredible as well. I loved my stay at Una hotels slot and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. They also give free early breakfast to those who request between 4am and 6.59 am. Although you must request the night before. I about it was thoughtful."

There was another gentleman works at front desk, unfortunately I didn't grab his name. He helped us to process the room upgrade, and also recommend us restaurants. We will definitely revisit this hotel because of their amazing service."
