"Great, great hotel stay in all ways! 5 minute shuttle to the airport, clean comfortable room, beautiful warm outdoor pool on the 4th floor, helpful staff, good restaurant. I will stay again."

"The hotel was very nice. Our room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Efren and Alex were great. The regular meals were good and reasonably priced. The only disappointments were that the pool area bar was closed and the breakfast buffet was terrible. Selection was very limited, not replenished, when empty, and food was cold. "

"Overall Villa Lapas Jungle Resort was a good place to stay. We had 2 rooms with breakfast, but did not pay for the all inclusive stay because we are vegetarian and don’t drink alcohol. Positives: 1. Front reception staff, restaurant, and housekeeping are all very nice. 2. The setting is beautiful and well designed facilities. 3. The playground was great for our grandson. This was a huge plus. 4. When termites invaded our room the staff helped clean it and gave us a different room nearby. 5....

"The property was great. However the airport transfer was a bit chaotic. A man came to tell us where to stand outside the airport for the pick up, which was not where the signs indicated. He had no hotel markings so we didn't know if he was legit. He grabbed our suitcases without being asked and wanted a tip. The hotel is close to the airport so noise from planes is to be expected. But we heard no planes between midnight and 6 am"

"The staff was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time out of the country and they made it feel like a home away from home. The only thing that could be better is the pool area of stairs is just there. No bar tenders and area can be maintained little better. Once they fix they it will be perfect"
