"This hotel is close to the Torino FC stadium, perfect for a match day stay. I arrived late and the gentleman helped me park, changed rooms when the AC wasnt working, and was very kind. The room was definitely European style and the shower door was tired. The room was clean and comfortable."

"Overall the hotel was ok. Unfortunately the loud noise and doors banging from some guests (sport team or similar) which lasted until around 12am didn’t bother any of the hotel’s employee but we couldn’t sleep until 12am. And the sport team woke up around 5am which made us wake up the same time. The ventilation in the room we stayed in was off and the luck of fresh air made us open the window over night. The room was clean and modern, towels were clean but with a strong smell of vinegar....

"Functional hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. Room smallish but fine. Likewise the bathroom. Unfortunately the heating failed onthe 1st night and didnt get fixeduntil the 3rd night. Aheater was provided but was very noisy! Breakfast was good apart from the final day where they ran out of bowls, platesetc. so no way to eat cereal!"

"Everything was just perfect. The staff was friendly, very accomodating. The property was always kept clean. The breakfast variety was great, we had many choices to pick. "A perfect hotel in Turin. Could not fault anything. It’s a beautiful hotel on a pedestrian street and a good value considering the standard of hotel and location. The lobby is lovely. The room was a good size for two people. The breakfast buffet is varied and high quality. Most of all, their customer service is outstanding. I am very grateful they were able to help with a reservation mixup, and with no hesitation at all. If I return to Turin, no doubt this is where I’d stay."

Superbowl Sunday on TV in my hotel room

"Great, central location, a 5 minute walk from Porta Nuova, the main train station in Turin, with several attractions within walking distance. The front desk was very accommodating. It was Superbowl Sunday with the game from 12:40-4:30 AM, and i was not sure where or if it was being shown on Italian TV. But they helped me and i got to watch the entire game in Italian language. 😊"
