"Nos encantó el hotel, principalmente por las atenciones del personal. TODOS fueron amables y serviciales. Incluso el último día que estubimos ahí, solicitamos un Uber para que nos llevara a la terminal de autobuses, el cual no pudo pasar porque habían cerrado las calles debido a los eventos realizados por el Domingo de Ramos. Ya habíamos registrado nuestra salida del hotel y nos encontrábamos en la puerta principal, pero en la calle. Uno de los empleados de la recepción se dió cuenta de nuestra espera, salió para preguntarnos si nuestro transporte aún no llegaba, habló con las personas de tránsito para que le dieran permiso de sacar un vehículo del hotel y llevarnos a nuestro destino. Francamente nos sorprendió gratamente su disposición y diligencia. No sabemos qué hubiéramos hecho sin su apoyo; pues ya habíamos comprado los boletos con anticipación. Nosotros además de estar muy agradecidos con él, reconocemos la alta calidad del servicio al cliente que tiene el personal del hotel :)"

They do give free bottles of water but it might be more helpful to have water in the common area that guests can help themselves to and refill water bottles to."
