"It was okay - neighbourhood is gross (like a lot of cities and towns in Costa Rica) it’s filthy with garbage everywhere, broken sidewalks, stray dogs, etc. not really anywhere to eat except little roadside stands. But the hotel itself was good, very clean. Okay for a night if you’re just passing through."

"Helpful staff, huge room, TWO pillows each, shampoo and soaps, a really good restaurant. Hard bed and lots of door slamming, but that’s not the hotels fault.. Beautiful building and grounds. The ride to the airport takes a lot longer than 10 minutes."
