The host communicated very well and answered questions quickly.The only complaint which had nothing to do with the rental would be that the elevator was broken by both pools and lots of steps. The elevator in the unit building did work.My husband has a knee condition and that was inconvenient."

"Just finishing staying here in March. It was a wondering condo!!! Everything was clean, had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for two families with kids. Comfortable stay, so much room to enjoy each other company. Everything worked in the home. The beach is so close!!! The beach club is even closer!!! The heated pool/lazy river was so nice, because the Gulf was still too cold to swim (this time of year).We enjoyed the fire pit just a few yards away. Smore for the kids!!!You seem so far from...

"We liked that it was right off the beach and you did not have to walk across the busy road. The host was very attentive and responsive to our questions. The place was clean and had everything you needed to cook. Perfect for a couple or a small family. We would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!"

"The beach is several footsteps away! Nice and cozy beach house with all you need. Great place to stay. The unit is located on the top floor so be prepared to bring up all your stuff up stairs. There is a nice bar and grill within walking distance that has a fun outdoor area for adults and kids."
