"This unit was clean, had a good view of the gulf, and was small but fit our needs for 6 people. I notified Vacasa the next morning when we discovered the toilet in the master bathroom wouldn’t quit running on its own after flushing. We had to use a glass & fill the tank with 5 glasses worth of water to get it to stop running, every single time we used it. I sent a 30 second video to Vacasa guest service email as requested. "Great location just a few minutes from Moody Gardens where our event was being held. Right on the beach. Great view. Comfy beds. Easy walk up just one straight flight of stairs. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the line between freezing cold and boiling hot in the shower is too small, but that is a common problem in many establishments. Overall great stay!"

"The apt its self was perfect for us. Wash is a tad small but got the job done. However, be sure you are careful where you park. Its hard to tell what are reserved spots and not as the paint is wearing off. Alsobif you have a low to the ground vehicle drive very slow as there are huge pot holes you almost cant miss to drive over. Overall the actual apt was very nice and the management helped with any questions I had. Not sure they can do much for the actual parking lot."
