"The house is really nice. Situated perfectly on a tranquil property with it's own dock. We arranged a private boat that took us away for the day to 3 cities, it was just perfect. Annie fixed our meals for breakfast each morning and all special requests were handled marvelously. I absolutely recommend."

The only negative is not knowing in advance about the very steep and long cement path from the road to the cabin on the lake. Anyone with physical disabilities could find it impossible to manage."

"Stayed here with my family as we explored Lake Atitlan. It's truly an amazing house with views of the volcanos and lake. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Two things to note: There are stairs (~3 stories) required to get up to the house. This was not an issue for us, but it would be very difficult for physically impaired guests. The second was that their was no AC in the house, only fans. The weather was nice enough where this was not a problem. I noticed this with other listings...

He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. House had all the needed utensils and amenities where you didn’t feel like you needed to leave. Although the town is a short tuk tuk ride up the hill and has some cute bakeries and places to eat.
