He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. He charms you with good customer service and seems trust worthy but DO NOT GIVE HIM CASH! We've been trying to get a refund for almost a year now and Vrbo hasn't done anything about it either! "Sarnai is amazing! From arrival to departure. Easy and smooth. Everything looked clean, cozy, comfortable and provided everything that is needed. It is a great stay in such a beautiful part of the world. It is evident the host has put attention, care and awareness into this place.
