"The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Guadalajara, and it’s a great deal for the price. I had a wonderful time until I returned from a night out. It was dark, and all the doors were locked. I had to call the hotel, and the night guard/receptionist was not very helpful. I left my keys at the desk when I went out, and he asked me a bunch of questions, but not the right ones. "This property is super cute. The bungalow had a mini fridge and an induction burner but nothing to cook with not even dishes or utensils which was odd. You can walk over to the main hotel if you want to use the pool. Our biggest complaint was that it took 40 minutes to get our car when we checked out. We were going straight to the airport and this really ate into our extra time so we were really stressed. Also I'm not sure if we were supposed to leave our key at the front desk. It was not...

""I recently stayed at Hotel Dali, and had an overall great experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel's facilities and amenities were excellent, and we appreciated the front desk. One area for improvement is the cleanliness of the rooms. While the hotel was generally clean, we noticed a few areas that could use more attention to detail. However, this was a minor quibble in an otherwise wonderful stay.
