"Overall the very warm receptionist especially the one who assisted us in booking the Amalfi boat tour was very very nice. From greeting us in the morning to us leaving, he was very pleasant and friendly. I am giving him a 10 rating. Very nice guy"

"Excellent hotel to stay while in Naples. The location is close to a station that gets you both into naples and to other places such as Pompei. The shuttle service from the city center is also great! The hotel itself is very clean and the breakfast is delicous!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff: gave a valuable advice on local food/restaurants choices, provided a map, and advised the best way of getting around. Very comfortable beds and super clean room.
