Staff were really helpful, they even surprised me with a small birthday cake at breakfast when they found out it was my birthday. Would recommend the hotel if you want to be near/at the port. The location is on the north side of Positano, nestled up the hill (about 300 steps UP). We found this location to out of the busy downtown area, however just a close walk by foot! It truly felt like a vacation and only wish we stayed longer. "
