The rooms are in excellent condition and are stocked with all amenities needed. Adriana went above and beyond in arranging transportation to and from the hotel and was extremely proactive concerning our stay and comfort. "The location was very convenient - just 10 minutes walk to Piazza Tasso. The room was clean and modern but a bit small. We really enjoyed the balcony and would have our coffee and breakfast outside. There was not any real breakfast but some pre-packaged toast and cereal was provided. The whole check in process was done over the phone and we only saw our host for a moment on our last day. Meeting us in person at check in would have made us feel more welcome and make the process easier. "

Location from the railway station was an easy walk away, which is great for arrival / departure, as well as visiting Pompeii and/or Naples. The highlight of our stay was getting to know the host, Michele. Each morning he made us an incredible breakfast and told us everything we needed to know about the area including restaurants, laundry, places to visit, the lift up and down the cliff at Sorrento etc...
