Other resorts like Marriott have beach lounge chairs all right next to each other. Will this change with the new Hilton building going up on the property and turn the beach into a crowded space ? "We really enjoyed our stay at JOIA Aruba Iberostar. The resort is brand new and is still experiencing some construction. With this, there was some construction noise that was a bit annoying. The resort was only about 2/3 occupancy, so chairs and cabanas were in abundance. There were only two open restaurants and the service was OK. The location for us was the key. We had access to their beachfront on gorgeous Eagle Beach. The staff associated with providing chairs on the beach were amazing....
