"This is a small boutique hotel 5 minutes walk from the ponte Vecchio bridge! The staff were so kind and gave us a map of the city and gave us information on great things to see and restaurants to try! The hotel was beautiful and the room was HUGE and property very clean! The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. They were also kind enough to ask about arranging a taxi for pick up to take us to the train station. "
