"Stayed the night with my cousin and boyfriend to attend Halloween horror nights. The walk was the perfect distance from hotel to entrance of universal. In and out all day parking included in your check out day also so you can visit city walk without having to pay ! Amazing staff helped with my bags and made check in easy! Would stay again!"

"This was a beautiful, very cool hotel. We used the valet parking option, I drank amazing coffee every morning from the coffee bar with the nicest baristas. Had breakfast a few times which was also great. Walked to Little Tokyo from the hotel as well as the Last Bookstore. Whole Foods was on the opposite corner and stayed open until 10 for room snacks. The valets were the nicest crew of guys- fast, friendly and charming. Front desk staff was super helpful with needs. Room was as pictures, spacious, comfortable and super clean. The room even had blackout curtains. Would definitely stay again. "
