"The hotel, location and amenities excellent. However staffs have poor customer service. Not friendly and not welcoming."

"Overall it’s a good hotel, it’s clean and staff are nice . One thing I would like to have is a grab bar on their shower especially for older people . This is not to degrade the rating it’s only a recommendation. I would recommend this hotel to others ."

"There was a karaoke bar or disco bar beside the hotel and it was very noisy during our stay and that we can’t sleep. If you don’t have car, the area is very inconvenient as you only will take taxi to go around the town area. "
