"A lovely hotel which exceeded expectations. We had a junior suite which was perfect for a family of four. The Preferred Club facilities were well worth the additional cost making this good value. The staff were helpful and courteous and the hotel was beautiful and right next to the sea. A slight niggle was that we were charged for plain water at dinner. That is the only criticism, everything else was perfect and I hope to return. "

"I booked with Neptuno for a seven night stay as I was looking for somewhere away from the noise of the main clubs and it had the option of self-catering. I paid slightly more for a superior room which offered views of the ocean and sunset. The hotel was fairly easy to find following two buses from Tenerife South airport.
