This lovely apartment is situated in the popular and renowned Santa Maria Apart-hotel in San Eugenio, Costa Adeje.

• It is only a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful Puerto Colon Marina and La Pinta beach.
• Both beaches offer a wide range of activities and water sports. You can get boat trips to see the Whales and Dolphins, scuba dive, boat fishing and plenty more.
• Aqua Park and Siam Theme Park are just a short taxi ride or 15 minutes’ walk.
• The complex is a very popular family resort and has 24 hour reception with security.
• 3 Swimming Pools (heated, Jacuzzi and children’s) with lifeguards.
• Hair Salon on the hotel complex
• 2 minutes’ walk to great bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

** Please also note that there is currently a restriction of hotel facilities at Santa Maria. Guests staying in privately owned apartments are not allowed to use all hotel facilities except the swimming pools and the loungers. However, they are free to consume their own food and drinks in the pool area. If they have children with them, they can join the kids club and all activities around the pool as normal. There is also an Irish bar on the lower ground which opens to the public in the evening. They provide drinks and light entertainment.

Brilliant apartment and location
Great value for money and central to everything you need. Hired a car but only parking available at the front of the hotel but not a problem to park on nearby streets if no room. Definitely recommend and would stay here again! Thanks Katherine

apartment was good to put your head down the beds were comfy sun on terrace after 3 was glorious sun loungers would've been nice for me .noise from car park .was grateful for the water and milk left in fridge didnt arrived till after 3.30am.room had washer, iron/board +shopping trolly.nice location for beaches 5 min stroll.host was very informative no problem's even reception was very helpful phoning taxi's for us thanks.

My stay at The Santa Maria
There was not enough information given about the location of the apartment. Even the taxi driver couldn’t find the address. If it hadn’t been for the fact we had stayed in the hotel in the past, we would never have found it. The hotel reception manager was very rude to us when we asked about the apartment, saying that they had nothing to do with the private apartments in the hotel. They wouldn’t let us purchase Wi-Fi. Other than that our stay was very good. The room was clean with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend staying there. Just get a proper address if you’re getting a taxi from the airport to the Santa Maria hotel.

Lovely apartment, everything worked and was clean. Good quiet air conditioning. Nice to have basics like a bottle of water and milk. Location is a little lively at the weekend, but noise minimal with balcony doors closed. Lots of nice restaurants and bars very nearby and only a few minutes to the beach.

Very good value for money. Other then needed a spruce up the apartment was perfect for us, slight problem with access and the shower but this was soon sorted with quick communication from Kathrine, beds very comfortable, air con was a life saver, washing machine a bonus. Located at the back of the complex very quiet, didn't really use the pool much but there was a nice sun terrace to get away from the kids playing in the pool. Santa Marie perfect location for our fave beach, bars & resteraunts , will be booking again.

Super Kommunikation und tolle Lage
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment. Der Check in und die Kommunikation mit Katherine verlief so schnell und problemlos. Das Apartment ist ausreichend groß und super sauber. Leider könnten die Matratzen ausgetauscht werden, da diese schon sehr durch waren. Es war super, dass es eine Waschmaschine gab und die Küche bot uns alles, um täglich frisch zu kochen. Der kleine Balkon war schön, um abends die Abendsonne zu genießen. Uns hat die Lage sehr gefallen, schnell und einfach zum Strand und auch ein kleiner Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Somit passte es für uns und es war alles so wie es angegeben wurde. Leider waren bei unserem Aufenthalt mehrere Baustellen neben uns und es ab morgens halb 9 bis 17 Uhr lauter. Auch die Nachbarn waren oft störend, weil die Wände doch sehr dünn sind. Dafür kann aber Katherine nichts. Am Ende am besten Oropax rein, dann schläft man wie ein Baby. Wir würden bei diesem Preis und der Lage wiederkommen. Vielleicht dann mit neuen Matratzen.

Super situation
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons rencontré Katherine une personne très sympathique et disponible. Dans le frigidaire nous avions du lait et une bouteille d’eau de bienvenue. Nous étions à côté de tout( plage, restaurants, arrêt de bus, grandes surfaces, épicerie….) L’appartement un peu vieillot mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour.
