This cosy, comfortable 98m2 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment with air conditioning situated in Island Village is everything you could want from a self catering holiday, with fully fitted modernised kitchen (including full size oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven), dining area with big table ( for 8 persons) with chairs( +high child's chair) and space for a further 2 persons in lounge. The apartment comes fully furnished with TV and sea view from the 20m2 terrace and free wi-fi. On terrace there are table with chairs under umbrella and 2 comfortable sunbeds.
Maximum accommodation is 4 persons + 2.
Tenerife has everything you want, including beautiful places to visit, each with its own special Canarian character. There is also a wonderful night life, where you can enjoy some of the worlds best cuisines, visit a nightclub, or simply sit on your own balcony with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.
The Island Village complex is located in a prestige area of San Eugenio Alto with picturesque views of the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, in the popular tourist area of Costa Adeje, with the neighbouring island of La Gomera only 35 mins away. 2 pools can be used. One is in few metres from apartment's entrance door. Next one is some steps above. There are supermarket on the territory of Island Village.
Below the complex is the Aqua Park and only 10 mins away is Europe’s largest water attraction Siam Park and biggest on Tenerife shopping center Siam Mall. Nice restaurant Molino Blanco is 5 minutes away. In the San Eugenio Commercial Centre you will find the supermarket Mercadona, where you will find lots of local and international products to tempt you.
Only 10-15 mins walk away is the local beach of Puerto Colon, with white sand, complete with lifeguard and lots of shops and bars around the beach area, where you can sit and view the yachts in the cosmopolitan marina sipping your sangria.

Pleasant property in a quiet location
We enjoyed our stay and the apartment had everything we needed apart from there were only 2 sunbeds for 4 people. The pool area could do with a bit of tlc and be warned that here are 48 steps up to the apartment. We used the car during the day but taxis are easy to flag down on the main road near the apartment. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again to the apartment

Comfortable with everything you need. Walking distance to all amenities. 2 pools close to apartment. Vera was always quick if you needed to send messages about anything. A great hosts Lovely apartment.

Great apartment for location and a relaxing holiday. Vera communicated the instructions from the booking very well. Tenerife is hilly but this Apartment was in a good action. Short walk to beach fronts. Would definitely recommend

One week stay
The property was clean, with excellent air conditioning, rooms were spacious and having 2 bathrooms was brilliant, the terrace was large but could do with some more umbrella's or an awning as it got very hot in the sun with no shade available. It was very hilly but the cabs were reasonably priced so coming home was no problem, the property was good value.

One whole month...
this was my second stay at Vera's apartment. If there is anything to be critized then it's the smell of the inner bathroom and an internet connection that is a bit slow (<10 MBit/s).

Great apartment !!
Home from home, everything you need for your stay. Sun all day on the terrace. Very quiet complex with English supermarket at the front (2 mins). A short walk will take you to a few bars and eateries. Good communication with the owner Vera and her assistant Vicktoria met us at the gate to show us around. We will definitely return .

Very nice stay on Tenerife
The appartment is located about a 15 minutes walk from the Costa Adeje boardwalk. If you take of the Superpedestrian LINK e-scooters you're down there in 5 minutes. The scoooters are just outside the village gate. Everything was cleaned up, there were towels, pool towels, linen and all you need for some cleaning. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need to do some cooking. All in all it was a great stay and I already bookes the appartment for another stay for the whole month of January.

Couple of issues with the electrics which were sorted promptly, other than that good. The location means every journey starts down hill & finishes up hill. If that is not an issue enjoy the sunny balcony & good proximity to everything.

Good apartment
The apartment was excellently equipped with all you would need for a comfortable stay.The patio gets sun most of the day but needs a bench cushion underneath the lounge window.If climbing steps is a problem not ideal but the location is very safe and a swimming pool is just around the corner.We found the mattress in the main bedroom is hard and could do with a mattress “topper” but overall I would stay here again

Super apartment
We had the best holiday. Communication with Vera right from time of booking was excellent. There were clear directions of how to get to the villa and it was only a short drive from the airport. The taxi cost 30 euros from the airport. The apartment was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is well situated. There is a supermarket and English deli just a few mins walk away. A pleasant 10 min walk will take you down to the beach. There is a great outdoor space with comfy sun loungers and it is a sun trap from mid day for the rest of the day. The pool is literally a few steps from the front door and during our stay we more or less had the pool to ourselves. A 20 min walk will take you into Las Americas or to Siam Mall shopping centre but if you dont fancy a walk, taxis are readily available. All in all we had a super holiday and would not hesitate to return.

Title of rendezvous misleading should of been appartementos haciendas IV , would of liked pillow and mattress protector, fitted sheets for the beds elastic had stretched so was in a ball every morning so we're lay on mattress, Curtains in main bedroom not wide enough for total privacy, TV too small we don't normally watch tv but I myself was ill the first week, Viktoria our host was lovely,lots of steps but apart from this we would stop here again,bars shops and restaurants near by

Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet complex
Hassle free booking with good communication throughout. On arrival we were met by Noel and his wife who showed us around the apartment and gave all relevant information. Apartment was lovely and spacious and very clean. Two good sized bedrooms, one en-suite with a large round bath and shower over. Second smaller shower room. Kitchen was well equipt, with dishwasher and washing machine. Free to use safe and free wifi. Terrace spacious with table and chairs and sunbeds.Small swimming pool about 15ms away, unheated but this seems to be the norm. Others on complex. About 20 min walk to beach. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Aqualand 10min walk away. Ample car parking nearby. Be aware there are a few steps from road to apartment. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

One of our best holidays!!!
Wonderful apartment!!! We are family with two children, 6 and 2 years old and we stayed for 2 weeks (18.Jan- 1.Feb). Everything is like in the description and even better but the best is that the owner wants you to feel like at home, She wants that her guests are feeling well and wellcome. All you need is awailable in the apartment. Our best moment when we were inside we spent on the sunny balcony. The beds are confortable and it is very quiet. we slept like angels:))) We´ve rented a car and everything (beach, supermarkets, shops ect) is within 5 minets drive. I think it is diffcult without car when you are with children. Noel is very kind and helpful. Thank you, Noel!:) If we come back to the island we will definitely rent this appartment again. Thenk you very much, Vera!!!

Wonderful apartment - a real home from home
First time booking with Vrbo and it was made really easy by the host, Vera. The apartment was a very good price and looked fabulous online, with plenty of photos. Vera was very responsive to questions before & after booking. The apartment was very spacious, clean & modern. It really did have everything - fully stocked kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms were lovely (we had twin bed set up in one room) and the main bathroom was lovely. The bath was huge - didn't use as a bath but we could have fit in the 4 of us! The shower was very nice. Plenty of storage in bedrooms and main bathroom and towels provided for bathroom and beach towels. The open plan kitchen and lounge was very clean, light & airy. There was a good selection of books available to borrow. We were surprised to find the tv had main English channels plus Netflix, Amazon Prime & YouTube, which was great for the kids. The outside area was lovely & large with table & chairs & 2 loungers & some inflatables to use in the pool. There were 2 pools right near to the apartment with waterfalls. Both were lovely & had plenty of sunloungers. There was a larger pool at the adjacent complex which we were able to use (same code on gate to gain access), with reception, wifi zone, toilets & drinks/ice-creams sold. As it states in the listing, there are a number of stairs to the property so not good for people with mobility problems. Overall, we had a wonderful time - throughly recommend!

Lovely Holiday in Tenerife
Just returned from a lovely holiday in Tenerife with my family. The apartment was lovely, very very clean and beautifully furnished. The apartment had just been recently modernised and the results were great. All the linen and towels were very clean and ample was provided. The terrace was nicely furnished with sun loungers and table, chairs and parasol. The view was great, looking out over the sea, lovely to look at with a glass of wine in the evenings. Ideal location just five minutes to the aqua park (being modernised) and a little further downhill to the main area of San Eugenio and the lovely big super market. The main pool was being modernised, but the small pool was adequate. A very quiet peacful location on the edge of the main attractions. We were met at the gate by a very helpful representative, who helped with the luggage and showed us around the apartment and explained the workings of the cooker, washer and dishwasher. As he was English this also was a bonus. Even though the apartment is accessed via steps this is not a problem ( I had my 7 month old grandson in a pushchair) just ensures you have a little exercise each day!! If you want a nice, affordable apartment then I would recommend this apartment to you, ideal for a family or two couples. Wwe will definitely be returning to this lovely apartment. Good size apartment, good location, lovely terrace, everything you need nearby
Communication with Vera Excellent, Noel greeted us as agreed and we found the apartment easily. As two couples we found it spacious and adequate for our needs it was great to find an apartment with a double and king size bed, the aircon is an excellent addition as the front bedroom does get hot and it really helped. As per previous reviews it does need a little TLC but its fairly priced. Unfortunately the Villa in front of us was being renovated with a lot of banging and drilling so we couldn't enjoy the balcony perhaps as much as we would have liked, the sunsets were amazing, but the beautiful pool was literally a couple of steps away so we relaxed on the loungers by the beautiful pool where the drilling couldn't be heard. Yes its a 15 minute walk down to the town and a steep climb back up but we thoroughly enjoyed the excercise and burnt off some of the extra calories from meals at lovely restaurants, we really liked Marios, fun with fabulous food reasonably priced and just around the corner by the Toby Jug an excellent Italian, It&Aly. The location at Costa Adeje was perfect for visiting the local attractions Siam Waterpark was amazing as was Loro Park definitely recommend the joint ticket for both attractions they are both Immaculate and well run. Overall thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and location and would recommend as a place to stay in Tenerife. Thank you Vera for letting us stay in your apartment, we miss it already, we're home now in England and its cold , we're going to be heading back to the sun as soon as we can.

Brilliant Spacious Apartment
As soon as our plane landed in Tenerife I received a Whatsapp message from Maureen saying she was waiting ready in the apartment and all was ready. The apartment is in a private gated complex away from any noise or bustle. The pool is 15 meters and unused so our kids loved having it all to themselves for most of the holiday. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need for a self catering holiday. the cooker, fridge and utensils were all clean and plentiful. The wifi was great and helped the kids with their tablets. We brought our amazon firestick which also worked fine so we had good tv options if we wanted. The settee and beds were all comfortable with an abundance of spare sheets and towels for our stay. The washing machine helped with the constant use of the beach towels. The balcony was large with a lovely view of the see and sunset. We had many a glass of wine out there in the evenings as the complex and area around is so quiet. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends and use it again if we return to Tenerife. It is set back a bit so there is a lot of walking involved. We had no problem with this. We would usually stop off in the Toby Jug pub on the return to the apartment as a pit stop. The only negatives I could improve on is the main bedroom could get quite hot and stuffy and could really benefit from an air conditioner. The bath is massive but the shower rail is propped across it by will power alone as it fell down most times the children used it. A proper pole with some brackets could be so easily fitted. We loved our stay here. Tenerife never fails as a destination and this apartment made it our best stay yet.

Disappointed
Have just returned from spending 8 days in this apartment. in Island Village. While the facilitie inside the apartment were very good it has just been recentlly refitted and was very comfortable except that the shower in the main bedroom needed 'fixing' as it just leaked profusely from the hose. The oven didnt work either, and we had quite a few coachroaches, very unpleasant.The patio doors didnt fit properly and there is a big gap at the bottom,the lock is very flimsy and could easily be pushed open from the outside. The ad did not mention about the 143 steps! yes 143 from the entrance gate to the apartment door the total you have to climb to get to the apartment and thats after walking up a VERY steep hill,If we had known about the steps we would never have rented the apartment. The owner was aware of our ages we were in our sixties and were exhausted every day from walking up the steps. You can imagine trying to drag cases or buggies up these steps.It was a nightmare carrying our cases up on the night of our arrival. We always got a taxi up from the beach or the shops. the whole complex was dead, the pub Jamies was closed and we were told by reception that the main pool was not accessible to people in the private apatments. The place was very run down and had a deserted feel about it.There is a small pool for the private residents but certainly not suitable for anyone with children. it has a glass gated surround on it and inside you can only get in for swim no room for a sunbed or even a chair., I never once seen anyone near it.We enjoyed our week in Tenerife and had lovely weather but the Island Village complex is a not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties or young children.. We also got a surprise visit from the owners caretaker and his dog wondering if we 'were ok' we didnt appreciate his visit as it was obvious he was checking up on us and should have phoned to let us know he was coming, I felt it was an invasion of privacy.I certainly would not recommend this apartment at all.

We had an amazing 3 weeks here. Brilliant location - far enough away from the busy areas but close to everything we needed. Kids didn’t moan once about the distance. The kids scooter came in handy too. Great communication with owner.
