"Nice hotel. Our room faced the main street that the hotel entrance was on, so it was a bit noisy due to tourist traffic. They do have rooms facing the courtyard so there are options if noise is an issue. The staff was super nice especially the kitchen staff. Rooms were clean, as were the hallways. Location is 5 min walk to the Duomo, with many restaurant options in the area. We were there in March so can’t attest to air conditioning effectiveness. Heat worked great though! "

The only disappointment was that the roof top patio was closed for maintenance while we were there and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. There was no warning before we came that it would be closed. Otherwise our stay was a very pleasant one! "
