"Our stayat..Olguita's place was wonderful Renaldo and his wife Isis were very nice and helpful They educated us on the area and history of their home. We were treated to fresh fruits and an educational walk of the property by our hosts. We loved the sound of the oceans waves breaking on the beach and the sounds of the forest. The room had no AC but we were very comfortable with the ceiling fan. I would definitely return to Olguita's Place"

"If you don't mind a big pile of sand just out your front door and a swimming pool hole work in progress right out your back door plus dust and construction noise all day long. I did mind this and could only handle one night there because they would not allow me to cancel the first night. This property as not suitable for guests until the construction project is completed!"

"I had booked two nights and ended up staying four because I liked it there so much. The rustic cabins are decently sized- I was alone- and clean. There's a bed, a small kitchen area, bathroom, and TV. It's located about 2-3 km from Puerto Viejo. I walked to town for the exercise and enjoyment and it's about 1/2 hour walk.
