"This B&B is lovely and the host was excellent and very helpful. Be aware that access is on the side of the building adjacent to a parking lot through 2 locked metal gates and you must be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs as the elevator starts on floor 1. Unfortunately just around the corner from the property are homeless people sleeping on the street and in doorways and a lot of garbage and graffiti everywhere but this seems typical for all of Catania. "Great location to station as well as centre. My room was delux and very nice. The view of mount Etna fantastic. Disappointed with the room service, better not to clean at all. All the cleaner did was to make the bed. Never cleaned anything, I forgot to flush toilet and found it the same. Dust on the floor, bed cover had stains on it, clean towels not given and no toiletries replaced. Vincenzo was excellent and gave me so much needed advice. Overall great place to stay but they need to replace...

"The location of the hotel was excellent. All the main areas are within walking distance. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Their restaurant recommendations were exceptional. The room had good air conditioning and was very spacious (we had a quandruple room/suite which had 2 modern bathrooms). There were complimentary toiletries each day, the room had a mini fridge to store drinks. The breakfasts were very good with a good selection of continental items plus great coffee"
