"Overall good hotel and location. A few minor niggles, cracked and loose tiles on every level in building 3 ( stayed on the fourth floor and used stairs everyday) also automatic sensor lights on top floor didn’t come on at night when entering the corridor but did on every other floor. Breakfast really busy at peak times but can easily be avoided by going early which we would recommend. Good efficient and friendly staff across the board. Would stay here again."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very well maintained. The room was spacious but could have done with a soft armchair - only 2 firm, upright chairs were available. The bathroom was a weird shape and needed a bit of manoeuvring to get around the door to the toilet! There is air conditioning but appeared to be no heating options, which could be an issue in the winter. The bed was quite hard, but they fitted a mattress topper on request, which was a significant improvement....

"Great hotel, mainly catering to LGBTQ+ travellers, but as they say, they are hetero friendly too. Breakfast is always excellent. A good sized pool with a jacuzzi on the side. Slightly let down by the hotel bar shutting at 18:00, but I guess it made sense with Yumbo just round the corner where all the nice bars are in Playa del Inglés. Would love to stay again."

The reason for only four stars instead of five is because there is a mandatory rule that men must wear trousers to eat inside any restaurant and this was not explained before arrival. "The hotel was very clean and tidy. The safe were all so polite and knowledgeable in their area of work. The food was plentiful and enjoyable. Only one criticism is that some of the food wasn't hot enough for my liking but if you ask staff they would warm it. I need a gluten free diet and the staff where so helpful. Fabulous idea to have an app so we could order what we wanted. So much to choose from. I would definitely return to the resort and recommend the hotel."

"Lovely hotel, clean, spacious, nice and quiet too with plenty of sunbeds and space around the pool. Easy walking distance from all local amenities e.g. beach, Yumbo, restaurants and a good supermarket. All staff seemed friendly and polite. Only issue was there was an alarm in a room near the sauna that started going off one evening, reported to their phone line but it carried on through the night until the morning, had to use ear plugs to drown it out, don’t think anybody came out to sort it...

"Had the all inclusive food was very fresh. I love chicken but this was rarely on offer - it was always pork. The snack bar had some healthy food which was good. Enjoyed that you poured your wine from a bottle and you could take bottle to your table at meal times. Big queues at breakfast for coffee machines. Place was very clean but rooms could be noisy and let lots of light in but we improvised with putting the bed sheet over the door. Also long queue at check in and whilst I had no issues...
