"Very clean, friendly staff and very accommodating "

"The hotel is locate in Quito's centro. The shopping center is right across the street. We can also see a portion of park. The room are spacious. It had refrigerators, hair dryer, coffee maker. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We left the luggage in the hotel when we went to Galapagos Islands for a few days. The breakfast are delicious. "

"Staff was comparable to a 5 star hotel. Great spa, sauna, steam room and heated pool. Very close to airport, we walked to the hotel, about 12 minutes. Shuttle service about every 30 minutes or less. We took the Shuttle back to the airport. They recommended a private tour to a volcano, museum, and middle of the Earth. ($90 for 2 of us, Dec 2024) Room was specious and so was the bathroom. Very clean. Had a decent hairdryer, iron, ironing board, sitting area and cable tv. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fruits, breads, meats, eggs oatmeal and juices/coffee/tea. Restaurant offered menu or buffet for dinner. We loved it! It was on a busy street, but still not super noisy. We will definitely stay again. "

At most hotels, incredibly more expensive hotels, if you have to leave at 4am when the kitchen is closed, you're just SOL. Imagine my surprise when they offered that little treat!
