"Ideal location. Room was clean, however decor throughout the hotel is very dated. Reception quite slow although friendly. A couple of items asked for at the bar and restaurant were not available! However, I would stay there again. "

"The hotel itself was enjoyable, including a good breakfast, but the exterior approach and the different entrances was confusing and not attractive. Hopefully this might improve once the adjacent landscaping project is complete. Location is good in terms of adjacency to tue station, university, the Box, and city shopping, restaurants etc. "
