"Please do not stay here when you arrive Sofia at night. You will not find it and if find it there is nó reception welcome you. Room is very basic. Toilette smelled bad and not have a really shower. Except private room, hostels may be much better and cheaper. Far away from center and not easy get to by public transportation. Communication is difficult. Please do not stay here if you are looking for cheap hotel. Overall is bad so it is expensive for everything ."

"Stay here at your own risk. Tried to arrange pickup of keys 24 hrs in advance as directed in the booking info. Called the number provided numerous times the day prior but no answer, ever. Expedia tried to call, again no answer. Sent chat messages via Expedia app to hotel, no response. Landed in Sofia, again called hotel, no answer. "great location, very warmly people, comfort and close to Rila area.more then amazing for family or few friends as a group! we find a nice vegetables garden all for us, tasty hand made cherry jam, comfort kitchen with all what you need,nice garden, BBQ and more but what really important - the hosts are the best!"

"Lumbo was an amazing host. He was welcoming and friendly, and whilst his English wasn't perfect he and his chef went out of their way to help us with our stay. We were fed with delicious home cooked cuisine every breakfast. We enjoyed the newly installed sauna in the evenings after a days skiing! Lumbo really went the extra mile, finding me a dentist and acting as a translator when I suffered tooth pain at the end of our stay.
