"The hotel staff was nice and solved the reservation problem immediately by giving us hotel room for one day until the booking was confirmed by Orbitz. Next day we were transferred to the Hotel apart complex which is next to the Hotel. The rooms were not 4*. The furniture and the toilet were old. They give us two additional electric heating fans because the room was very cold, but this again was not enough to heat the room. No daily cleaning of the rooms. "

"No laundry facilities although mentioned. No parking as well. Air condition is good although one of them was dripping. Shower door need fixing. Beds are comfortable. Elevator can fit 4 persons without luggage. Good location. No microwave oven or any kind of oven"

"We chose this location because of its proximity with Mt. Vitosha that we wanted to hike on. The apparthotel complex is very modern and functional. Inside we had a big living room with 2 sofas and everything for kitchen. There is a huge frige. The bedroom was nice and the beds comfortable.Everything squeaky clean. "I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. "
