The staff were all very polite, courteous and helpful, especially the gentleman (We gave him the nickname of Miss Rabbit, from Peppa Pig, because he seemed to be doing everything!) who checked us in - Nothing was too much trouble. "Our family room was spotless, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and very spacious. The bathroom was especially surprising - shower cubicle didn’t leak & the mirror didn’t steam up!! The only downside was that our room was too hot, no opening window and the air con was on a timer, that would shut off after a set period of time. "

"I was very satisfied, I had booked a single room but was upgraded to a family room with a double and two single beds with a sea view, tea making facilities and TV. A very nice clean bathroom. The only thing missing was a fridge. But for £34 per night, it was brilliant. The gym and swimming pool was very good for just £2 per session. I did not have breakfast in the hotel so cannot say if it was good but I thought £12.50 might be a bit overpriced, however I did think that the £15.50 3 course evening dinner was very well priced and of decent quality. Different people made negative comments to me about the hotel before my stay so I was very nervous, but I am happy to say they were very wrong. I will never hesitate to return there. It might become a regular place. The only thing that might cause concerns is the long walks to get to some rooms, if you have limited ability you might need to mention it when booking. The staff I met were all very friendly and efficient. I'll be back. Thanks."

"Mini break to visit family and have time to ourselves. The hotel is ideally situated, with easy access to Blackpool. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our visit so much we stayed for another night."
