"Fantastic place to stay "

"Took the double bed option. Smallish room with a sink. Very clean and well presented. Toilets and bathrooms very handy across the hall. Good cooked breakfast. Handy car park out the front. For a cheap overnight stay to put me up after a night out with the boys in Preston i couldn't really fault it. "

"Ideal location for Winter Gardens, where we were going Saturday night. Close to Tower and we parked on a drive 2 streets away. Can pull up outside to unload. Room a little tired but adequate for what we needed. Comfortable bed "

The hosts Mick and Eddie were very welcoming and happy to help with any issues and gave good advice about where to visit nearby. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. "

"Kyle was lovely. We only stayed one night and we aren't breakfast people. We stayed in the room next to reception. It was well decorated and you can tell care has been put into the room. My only comment would be just hope you don't have a bouncy child staying in the room above as you can hear everything. "

"Located very central Blackpool. Good price. Alison was lovely in the morning made nice eggs and coffee. Parking is a bit challenging - outside 8am until 6pm maximum 90 minutes (paid parking), seven days a week. Double room had shared shower and shared toilet. Room had a sink. Given the excellent location, friendly staff and price would recommend"

"The room walls were covered in black mould with paper hanging off the wall , came home with bad asthma . Was locked out twice due to someone putting the lock on the inside of the door and no staff on premises to deal with it had to phone and wait . No towels in the room. Not a clean hotel."

"Stay here every year and always the same warm welcome, superb breakfast and great amenities. Would recommend to anyone. In addition, less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop. "
