"We had a flat tire in a very remote location and were desperate to make it into the city. The ladies at the front desk could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We were allowed into a room early without a reservation- I literally cried. Everything was comfortable and clean. Although we had not planned on staying in Saltillo - I could think of a better more friendly helpful destination. "
