"Unless you were just looking for a place to sleep, do not book this hotel. It is old, dated, rundown, and not very clean. The front desk clerk is downright rude. Its location is good. But that is the only thing to recommend about it. The housekeeping staff appreciates tips and cleaned our room well after leaving 50 pesos."

"The thermal bath is magical, it wasn't busy and felt like a private experience. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, and the beds are very comfortable, however it is old and dated and could use some updates and the food was just ok. I still highly recommend it because of how special the thermal bath is. "
