"I was NEVER able to check in. Beause I was checking-in late, everyone had gone from the reception. The key was supposedly in the machine near the entrance, and I was never able to retrieve it using the code they gave me. The 'emergency' door bell did not work and I was stuck without a hotel at midnight. Worst experience ever. Highly DON'T recommend this hotel. Check the 'Ace hotel' 5min away, has a 24h reception and super nice staff."

"The hotel was great. The room was big and nice, everything was super clean, the staff very friendly, and breakfast was very complete. Parking was very easy, in a garage that’s like one block away from the hotel, and which you pay for at the reception when you check out. The spa was also very complete and very fun. Finally, the location is perfect. You can walk around the city and reach anywhere in a few minutes. Would definitely stay again."
