"High quality property in a great location on Richmond Hill. Easy walk back and forth into Richmond and access to the river walk. Room was spacious and well presented. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again for sure when we are next visiting Richmond or have a flight from Heathrow. "

"The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind, chatty and very helpful. The problem I had was trying to find the shuttle bus from the airport. It isn't stated clearly enough where to get it from. Maybe put an exact map, I walked around for ages. In the end, I had to get a taxi which was extremely expensive for the distance. The hotel though was clean and comfortable and I woukd stay again now I know how to get there!"
