"Using Expedia, I reserved a room with a view and jaccuzi bath. When I arrived they tried to lodge me in a corner closet size room with no Jaccuzi or view. They said that was the room I reserved. From my perspective it was a classic “bait and switch”. I ended up getting the room I reserved for three nights instead of the five I paid for. "

"Excelente hotel a las afueras de Pereira, debes desviarte un poco por una carretera sin pavimentar pero es fácil llegar, te contactan antes de tu llegada y te envían la ubicación por WhatsApp, tiene parqueadero, atendido por los dueños quienes son muy amables y siempre están atentos a colaborarte en lo que necesites, habitaciones y estado general de la finca/hotel excelente, muy limpio todo y las habitaciones amplias, tienen servicio de restaurante economico y delicioso."

"This hostel was not prepared for our arrival, we were shown a maides room with one single bed when we booked 2 beds, the owner was rude and very unfriendly. We had to leave and fight with hotel.com to get a refund, which I still do not know if we got. you can stay at Hotel Alferez right down town for 1/2 the price with tv, big room private bath friendy staff.
