"The property was nice and clean but should be since it is relatively new. We still gave it an 8, but they need to fix 2 things: 1> Do not say housekeeping if there is no housekeeping. We asked on the 2nd day when they would clean since they did not the first day. The response was "that is extra". We did not ask how much since we were leaving the next day. and it was "the housekeepers day off"... 2> Do not say you have an english/spanish staff if not true. The guard/front desk knew how to say...

"Make sure you read this whole review particularly re: driving to Finca. This place is amazing. From the moment we arrived in the evening, Patricia was there to greet us with an offer of coffee or beer. The hospitality continued through our stay. The views are simply spectacular.
