"This is a hidden gem that I literally stumbled upon. This area is famous for agriculture so the food was sourced locally and amazing. "The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. "車椅子での利用。入り口の段差有り、スロープが無い。固定されて無い小さな簡易スロープは置いてありましたが、スーツケース用の為ぐらいのはかなさ。ロビー内はバリアフリー。でも海岸側の外に出ようとしたら、また段差。車椅子1人では、ホテルから外に出れない。当然、砂浜海岸までは長い階段。2泊3日だったけど、暇した。ランチがないので、苦労してオーシャンリゾートホテルまで行った。朝食バイキングにメインが無い。夕食メインは、揚げたての海老天、これには満足、だけど1人ふたつまで。会席料理頼んだけど、やっていませんと言われました。ウエルカムドリンクのカウンターまで階段で車椅子で行けないしセルフサービスと言われた。当然温泉ははいれなかったけど、入浴税は精算された。夜お腹すいても、ルームサービスは無い。夢を持って、もっと豪華にしたかった。GWの催しもショーなども一切なかった。"

"家族旅行８人で利用させて頂きました。 まず家に入るとエレベーターがあり、足の不自由な祖母にとてもありがたかったです。 別荘のようなつくりで、家族全員で大興奮でした！ リビング、ダイニング、各お部屋がとても居心地が良く、快適に過ごせました。 テラスでBBQをしたかったのですが、暑すぎて断念😭　もう少し涼しければ絶対やりたかったです。 お庭も広く、朝の散歩はとても快適でした。南国に旅行に来たような写真も取れて楽しかったです♪ チェックアウトが11時でしたので、朝うどんを食べに行ってから戻って片付け出来たのも有り難かったです。 冷凍庫が故障しているのか、一番強くしてもアイスが溶けてしまったのが残念です。修理をしていただいた方が良いかと思いました。 別荘感覚を味わえ、素敵な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。また機会があれば是非利用させて頂きたい施設だと思います。ありがとうございました。 "
