"Although about 30 minutes from central Tokyo the hotel is still very convenient. Ikebukuro Station has various train and subway options making it easy to get to Shinjuku and other major hubs. The hotel was clean, safe and quiet and the staff is helpful and professional. We were upgraded to a spacious room on the 22nd floor and we were very pleased with our accommodations. We also liked having the airport limousine bus stop at the hotel. Makes getting from and to the airport very easy. Thank you for a great stay. "

"This hotel is new and didn’t lack any amenities. The service and staff were all helpful and willing to help. I was impressed with the room and the location which was in the heart of Shinjuko with lots of restaurants in the area. It was also easy to get to the subway which was also within walking distance. I experienced the spa with a massage and it was one of the best massages I have had. The spa is located on the 45th floor with an outstanding view of the city. The beds were extremely comfortable which made for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was great and offered many choices. I definitely recommend this hotel."
