"We stayed in the City View 2-bedroom suite. The view of the city was great at night. The layout of the room especially the hallway entrance was a bit tight. The washer/dryer combo was right across from the shower room so you couldn’t have both doors open without hitting each other. The kitchen was also in the hallway. I would’ve preferred a different layout. The mattresses were a bit firm but the duvet was comfy. There weren’t any nightstands in the bedrooms for my husband to put his cpap...

"This is one of my favorite places in Japan. The price has gone up way too much though and the rooms are very outdated and have mold in them. You have to clean your own room take out the trash or pay extra to have it done. There is a laundromat on first floor but the drier doesn’t work well and you have to spend more. The showers is small for me and I’m 5’2. The area around the hotel is amazing; there are restaurants, grocery stores, 7/11, fast food, drug stores and the train station is 8 minute...
