"We loved our stay in Nice. The location was excellent. The apartment is one block from the ocean. Very easy to get everywhere by Tram. We stayed for six days. We explored every section of the city. We took bus 600 over to Monaco. Nice’s public transportation is excellent. We would come back and stay again. "

Outside noise goes away when doors and windows are closed - they are soundproof! The nearest parking lot is underground and very convenient but expensive. One disadvantage- 3 flights of steep narrow stairs."

The kitchen, dining and living form a great room w lots of light and ventilation. The bedrooms have windows but no real view. There was plenty of room for 2 of us, but we used all of the rooms for dressing and storage."
