"Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."

It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. As this is not a hotel you will get someone calling you via WhatsApp and informing you that for towels and bedsheets, they charge extra. there is no assigned parking and due to the fact this is a mega residential block, accessing the unit is not that straightforward. "We had a great stay at this property. Location is very central and close to restaurants, shops & the beachclubs. Good amount of space, 2 beds, 2 bath, clean, modern, very comfortable. AC worked very well and had separate meters for the common area and the two bedrooms which was a great plus. "
