"This downstairs apartment is within walking distance to wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and the Old City. This area is a wonderful neighbourhood with charm and character. The apartment was cute and well equipped. Only negative is the mattress. Not overly comfortable. "

"This condo worked perfectly for our needs. It was very well-equipped and within walking distance of Old Quebec (20 min.). Also, it was a few short blocks from St. Jean Street which had all kinds of shops and restaurants, including a grocery store. The only thing that did not work for us was parking on the street. So we parked at Place Quebec, about a 10 min. walk away from the condo."

"C’est plus un appart qu’un condo. Des rénovations ont été faites mais il manque de finition. Le bâtiment extérieur manque bcp d’amour mais la partie jardin sur le bord du g de neuve est splendide. Il y a bcp de commodité pour cuisiner et le mobilier est approprié Le propane est fourni pour le BBQ Nous avons partagé nos observations aux personnes concernées pour les améliorations à faire. S’ils les font, ce sera vraiment un beau lieu avec une vue magnifique "

"Le condo est très propre, bien équipé et tout près du chalet de la station de ski. Il y a un grand escalier à monter pour se rendre au condo et la neige peut parfois rendre l'exercice difficile mais ce n'est pas insurmontable. La chambre en mezzanine peut rendre la cohabitation bruyante mais pas invivable. Mathieu aura été un hôte très proactif et "sur la coche". Merci"
