"We loved staying at La Maison, the two residences were perfect for our group of friends. There was plenty of space and different areas to chill out and we used all of them. The pool was a great way to cool down each afternoon. The rooms are spacious with all the basics provided. We were also welcomed with a box of goodies and milk in the fridge. "We had a wonderful time at the house. It is so much larger than the photos show. The lounge is cavernous and the two main bedrooms are very generous in size. The bathrooms are clean and well positioned. The kitchen is also well equipped and in a perfect place to make use of the outside dining table and bbq. "Belle gîte honoured its name: within an old farmhouse this gîte was charmingly set and furbished, with access to beautiful terrace under high roof where we relaxed every night and during daytime as well. The pool is in the back garden with view on vineyards and surrounding area. Hosts Simon and Cheryl are wonderful, around and available if needed, warm and positive attitude. Peaceful area full of vineyards."

"Had the most perfect week at La T! The house is beautiful and the most equipped place I think we have ever stayed. Our 2 teenage boys managed to keep themselves happily entertained for the whole week The pool is fab and the sun loungers, sofas and tables make for perfect afternoons and evenings in the sun. Julia was so helpful from the original booking all the way through to arriving at the house. Highly recommend!"

"The six of us had a wonderful stay at Petit Nivelle. The farmhouse was charming and inviting. We enjoyed cozy fires in the fireplace on chilly mornings and evenings. The kitchen is amazing, well-stocked with utensils and pots and pans. We visited all the surrounding markets, many beautiful and historical sites along the Dordogne, Saint-Émilion as well. Bob and Evelyn next door, could not have been more helpful, hospitable and pleasant - all are memories that will never be forgotten. Thank you...

"France was really helpful prior to and on arrival. Bed superbly comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and the lovely Buddha garden was perfect and dog safe. You do need to speak French to communicate easily. "

"Camille and Max were fabulous hosts at this hotel. Assisted with multiple requests. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the village. The restaurant does a beautiful lunch which is not to be missed. Best decision of my trip was to stay here to experience St Emilion. "

"The lady at reception was fantastic and the room was clean but the heating had stopped working so it was freezing cold. By the time I realised the heating wasn’t working the reception had closed. If the heating had been working it would have been 5 star for a stopover on a long journey with my dog. "

The perfect mix of old world charm and modern faci

"What a wonderful hotel. The exterior walls are original but everything inside is apparently new from 2020. So, you get modern electrical, plumbing, HVAC. The floors don’t squeak, the furniture is new but with old world charm. The perfect combination. The staff was friendly and adept at speaking English. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. "

"An AMAZING beautiful hotel conveniently located in prime area. The entire staff was POSITIVELY the best!!! I can not say enough good things about the entire staff. From the moment we stepped in to the lobby we were catered to as if we were Royalty. They were so accommodating and helpful. I have stayed all over the World and spend at least 100 nights a year at hotels and the Hotel Pavie staff is at the very top and of my list!! The Restaurant is fabulous and if you can get a reservation it is a must do. I can not wait to return."

"Loved this hotel, it is right in the heart of St Emillion and it gives you. the opportunity to really explore the town on foot. There is parking at the hotel (if you book in advance which I would as parking in St Emillion can be challenging) which was a real bonus. Room was lovely, bed was super comfortable and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again if visiting St Emission."
