"We stayed as a group of 9. 4 adults and 5 children all under 8 years old. The pool Was heated which was fantastic, the rooms were clean and we ordered the towel package which was plenty for each person for the week. The games room is fully equipped along with the kitchen. There is a little walk into the village for the little shops, no English speaking people but this didn’t matter as they were so friendly and we wanted to try our French. Hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly....

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...

"This was a very disappointing stay. The host did not meet us as Planned. She sent a man to let us in And gave us the keys, but Did not speak any English. We were Left without explanation of how things worked in the apartment… I was shocked to find that there were no sheets or towels in the apartment. Fortunately, we had a friend who lived Near so we were able to borrow some from her. We were so uncomfortable. We had to leave a day early."

A well kept pool with the advantage of being heated. 25min walk into the village for essentials or a 4 min drive to the large Intermarche. "We very much enjoyed our stay at Karl and Agentas villa, the town of Laurens is a very sleepy area in the middle of a wine county. Our young children enjoyed watching the small tractors ferry grapes to the local winery. The locals of the village were very friendly. "We spent a very quiet and restful 3 weeks exploring the area. The weather was not kind to us but it did not spoil the pleasure we found at the property which was comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed preparing our own meals in the perfectly adequate kitchen. We enjoyed the sports we watched on TV. It was a shame to see the damage to the palm tree caused by the dreadful storms we endured. Thank you for allowing us to rent your property, we really enjoyed our visit."
