"Excellent location close to main historic attractions and restaurants. The apartment we stayed in was well equipped and nicely furnished. Decorations were a bit austere. What could be improved? Garbage bins at the building entrance could be managed better as they blocked the sidewalk during the whole four day stay and garbage was scattered around. "

The apartment had so much charm and was located right on a beautiful park that was covered in snow when we arrived. The holiday touches, like snowmen on the front porch and a tree in the living room, made our stay even more special. Highly recommend!"

"Loved the place. First floor was nice. Several dining options nearby as well as grocery and liquor store. A bit of a walk to Old Town but not unreasonable. Nicely stocked kitchen, Ikea like furnishings, clean and quiet. Some homeless around but not any more than other big cities and never felt unsafe. Definitely recommend."

"We had a wonderful experience in this historic home perfectly positioned between art museum, shopping options, ice skating, the Citadel, and downtown! Just off the river and parks, we were able to walk or bus everywhere, and parking was convenient. The home is vintage but updated appropriately and the 4 BR 2 bath setup was good for our 6 people. Wood floors High 12’ ceilings and elegant trim, moldings, and doors. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely recommend if you enjoy historic homes...

It was difficult to find this property on a rainy Saturday evening during the holidays (many pedestrians and closed roads) and better instructions on how to unload our belongings prior to parking in the nearby lot would have been helpful. "We enjoyed our stay here, we were 3 adults, 2 teens and 1 child.Plenty of room, very clean, close to St-Jean and a 15 minute walk to Old Québec.Only 1 bathroom (a powder room would have been great) but we made do with the 1, also, lots of stairs.Would definitely come back. Host was very quick to reply and answer our questions.Merci Nicolas"
