"I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!"

"This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. "

"We stayed at Le Fitz Roy last year and enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay again for this year's Val Thorens ski trip. This hotel is in the perfect ski-in-ski-out location at the bottom of the plain sud piste and also in the middle of town - ideal for bars, restaurants and shopping. On arrival we were allocated an upgraded room - which was very welcome and appreciated. "This hotel was great, rooms a little small but on the whole it was a great choice fir our ski holiday, loved the ski in ski out. Locker room tight and lockers thin could fit our boots in but ok for skis and poles. "
